Time to give thanks Richard Hitto's blog

Victory in extra time is no less delicious than regular time. In fact, it may be more than that, especially when it happens at the end of a weekend of sweltering heat when ordinary people are already busy on vacation. Therefore, it is with great pleasure and deep gratitude that I announce that the goal of this blog's second fundraiser in 2024 has been achieved, after an extraordinary extension of a few hours. I sincerely thank those who have given their valuable support to this site dedicated to American news, sometimes twice and not once! We are well positioned to face the coming months of the presidential campaign, which will occupy most of our time. It's a campaign that could be even more stunning than the one that pitted Hillary Clinton against Donald Trump eight years ago.

For those who don't know yet, the theme of this campaign focused on past debates between US presidential candidates. The photo in this post takes us back to October 9, 2016, the date of the second debate between the presidential candidates.
