HANOI (VNA) – Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pam Binh has instructed the Ministry of Electricity to carefully consider plans to reopen scheduled flights to Europe and Australia.
While ensuring the safe, flexible adaptation and effective control policies of COVID-19, the Government has authorized the Ministry of Transport to make advance decisions regarding the resumption of scheduled international flights to destinations with greater security.
At the meeting on December 10, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pam Binh Minh approved the plan for recovery. International flights Continuing to places with high levels of security, i.e., Priory, Beijing / Guangzhou (China), Tokyo (Japan), Seoul (Republic of Korea), Taipei (Taiwan – China), Bangkok (Thailand), Singapore, Vientiane (Laos), Phnom Penh Ben (Cambodia), San Francisco / Los Angeles (USA), based on instructions from the Ministry of Health on Infectious Disease Control Measures for Visitors to Vietnam. The pilot period will begin on January 1, 2022.
The Deputy Prime Minister has directed the Ministries of Health, External Affairs, Public Safety, Information and Communication to expedite the preparation of the necessary instructions and conditions. -VNA
