Singer and Star Académie 2022 nominee Sarah-Maude Desgagné introduced her new stage name last week: Lyxé.
The girl from Amos made it clear that she would now use this name throughout her career.

So don’t be surprised to see posts pop up under the name Lyxé if you follow Sarah-Maude on Instagram, as she made the official change there, as announced to her fans on May 15.
The young woman who has come a long way in the adventure of Star Academy explained the poignant meaning of her choice. This is her birth name, which was later changed to Sarah-Maude when the artist was adopted. “When I was young, I told my parents that when I grew up, I would change my name to be my birth name haha! It’s the best of both worlds, now I can have my own name.
Sarah-Maud, who is originally from Haiti, has already captured that she dreams of one day returning to her country of origin to get to know this culture better.
