Monday’s election had a very special flavor for Jay Nantel. The person who tried to steal the leadership of the Parti Québécois watched the vote counting carefully. According to him, Labor and the Conservatives deserve a much better fate.
On Sophie Duroucher’s show on Radio QUB, the comedian noted that with 13% of the vote, Eric Douhmy’s party should have had at least one deputy in Quebec City in November.
We want to see these people in the National Assembly frustrated on the street rather than frustrated. “They deserve at least one seat,” he said.

Although Paul Saint-Pierre of Blamondon had done an excellent campaign according to Mr. Nantel, he believed that he deserved a much better fate. Despite 15% of the vote, only three deputies won a seat.
