Eddie Jones continues to compose his coaching staff in Australia’s captaincy to take charge of the scrum with the arrival of Neil Hadley.
On Wednesday night, the Australian Federation announced two appointments to the Wallabies’ staff. The first is about Neil Hadley. The Englishman becomes scrum coach on Eddie Jones’ staff. They have already worked with England during the 2019 World Cup. Since then, Neil Hadley has returned to his Bath club. “With my head, at the moment, here in Bath, I know there’s a lot of potential within the Australian team. I can’t wait to take full advantage of it.”, announced the technician. Eddie Jones, appointed at the start of the calendar year after ousting Dave Rennie as Australia’s Test boss, declared for his role: “It’s great to have Neil and David Rath in the Wallabies coaching staff. Neil is a very experienced coach and knows what it takes to be successful at international level.”
Another arrival is David Roth as coordinator. “David brings a set of skills that will help facilitate our learning environment”, Eddie Jones said. The Wallabies will have their first meeting with their new staff on July 8 for the Rugby Championship opener against South Africa.
