Multiple injured in shooting in Hollywood, Florida

A shooting has injured several people near a busy street in Hollywood, Florida, according to local media reports.

Preliminary information indicates that nine people were taken to hospital, according to CBS. Four of the victims are believed to be minors.

The Hollywood Police Department told tourists not to approach the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk due to a “shooting,” on Twitter Monday night.
