Sunrise | Matthew Tkachuk was keen to warn his rivals that they must make sure they play with their heads held high if they do not want him to reserve the same fate as Jack Eichel.

The Panthers striker was ultimately a victim of his own medicine. During the first period of Game 3 of the Finals between the Panthers and the Golden Knights, Tkachuk was hit hard by Keegan Kolesar.
The check was dealt near the blue line, which is uncannily similar to the one that served Eichel in Game Two.
Tkachuk staggered before dropping back to the bench. Despite his questionable condition, he featured again, in the massive attack, before being sent to the locker room. He joined his teammates in the opening moments of the second half, returning to his usual place in the line-up.
Another medical miracle or other evidence of flawed concussion protocol.
The irony is that it was the same Tkachuk who scored the equalizing goal, with just over two minutes left in the third period.
