WWE Raw Lowell, Massachusetts
Commentators are Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler, and Jim Ross.
– Tonight is WWE Royal Rumble RAW, the red show begins by announcing that the WWE Championship is vacant tonight. At the Final Four, a new champion will be crowned. The RAW intro then airs and the commentators welcome us.
WWE Intercontinental Championship – Singles Match
Rocky Maivia vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley (c)
During the match, The Honky Tonk Man joins the commentary table.
At the end of the match, Hunter Hearst Helmsley wants to perform his pedigree on Rocky Maivia but the latter remains on the ground. The champion ends up carrying him, but Rocky Maivia takes the opportunity to carry him and wins!
Winner: Rocky Maivia – New Champion
-After the match, Rocky Maivia was interviewed and said he couldn’t believe it. He promised us that he would give it his all and that he would make us all proud.
– Sunny comes to the ring to introduce us to the wrestlers for the upcoming match.
Tag team match
The Head Bangers (Mosh and Thrasher) vs. Aldo Montoya and Bob Holly
At the end of the match, the Head Bangers performed a diving dive on Aldo Montoya to win by pinfall.
Winners: The Headbangers
– Vince McMahon is in the ring with Gorilla Monsoon and then asks us to say hello Current WWE Champion Shawn Michaels must vacate the title due to a knee injury. The latter enters and claims that his doctor told him that he may never be able to wrestle again. The most important thing for him is to give a great performance to the fans so that they get their money’s worth. He doesn’t know where he is today, but if he can get back to the same level, he’ll want to live life to the fullest as WWE Champion.
Shawn Michaels gives his belt back to Gorilla Monsoon and then says he’s going home. He had lost a lot of things in the past few months, and one of the things he had lost was his smile. So he will take care of himself at home and find his smile again. 1996 was the best year of his life. It’s not a big deal if he can’t wrestle anymore because he spent a year being the No. 1 guy in the business, it was the best experience of his life.
Vince McMahon hugs Shawn Michaels and then leaves.
Single match
Savio Vega Accompanied by the nation of domination vs Undertaker
At the end of the match, Undertaker chokeslammed Savio Vega for the victory.
Winner: The Undertaker
-After the match, Undertaker is attacked by the Nation of Domination. Ahmed Johnson arrives to help Undertaker but the Nation of Domination takes over. Undertaker gets up and manages to get the Clan members out of the ring with Ahmed Johnson.
– Backstage, Doc Hendricks is with Gorilla Monsoon who announces that the winner of the Final Four match will be the new WWE Champion. As for Sycho Sid who should have a title rematch, he will have it next week on RAW against the winner of the Final Four match.
Single match
Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Psycho Sid
At the end of the match, Bret Hart enters the ring and attacks Stone Cold Steve Austin! The referee ends the match.
Winner: Stone Cold Steve Austin (by disqualification)
– After the match, a fight broke out between Sekou Sid and Bret Hart. Officials arrive to try to separate the two men.
– Backstage, Vader reminds us that he recently beat Undertaker and Stone Cold Steve Austin, and the next match is Bret Hart tonight.
Tag team match
Nation of Domination (Crash and Farouk) With Clarence Mason, J.C. Ice, and Wolfie D vs. Owen Hart and the British Bulldog (c)
At the end of the match, Crash sends Owen Hart out of the ring, and it appears that the latter is injured and unable to get up. Meanwhile, Farouk takes care of the British bulldog. The referee counts to 10 and ends the match.
Winners: Nation of Domination (by long count)
-After the match, Nation of Domination continues to attack British Bulldog, while Owen Hart tries to get back into the ring to no avail.
Vader and Bret Hart enter. Before the bell rings, Undertaker arrives on stage and tells Hart, Vader and Steve Austin that they will have to deal with him soon. They can’t beat him and they will… rest in peace! Vader attacks Bret Hart and the match begins.
Single match
Vader Accompanied by Paul Bearer vs. Bret Hart
During the match, Stone Cold Steve Austin attacked Bret Hart at ringside, while the referee had his back turned.
At the end of the match, Steve Austin appeared in the crowd to distract Bret Hart. Vader took the opportunity to put him on the floor and then followed up with a Moonsault, but Bret Hart avoided it and pinned him for the win.
Winner: Bret Hart
– The show ends face to face from afar between Bret Hart and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
