A European company will launch a brand-new cruise ship in 2025, which will feature the first roller coasters and the first hybrid waterslide at sea.
the Norwegian Aqua It is the newest cruise ship of Norwegian Cruise Line.
The ship is scheduled to depart Florida in April 2025 and will take passengers on a seven-day voyage to the Caribbean.
The cruises are scheduled to reach various exotic destinations, including Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, as well as the cruise line’s private island in the Bahamas.
the Norwegian Aqua It will accommodate 3,751 passengers in different rooms and suites.
There will be a variety of accommodation options on board, including three-bedroom Haven duplex suites.
These luxurious suites span two floors and feature a living room, dining room, three bathrooms, a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows.
There will also be a series of studio cabins designed for solo travellers.
In addition to the rooms Norwegian Aqua It will also be home to the first roller coaster and the first hybrid water slide at sea.
The Aqua Slidecoaster will feature two slides and span three floors of the coaster with a series of twists and turns.
A new digital sports complex will also be installed on board.
The Glow Court will feature an interactive LED floor where passengers can participate in a range of activities during the day.
It will then turn into a nightclub in the evening.
The ship will also include La Goutte, a 10-story free-fall slide, and a play area called “Stadium,” where free activities will be offered.
Family activities will also be offered on board, such as the Splash Academy for children ages 3 to 12, while the Entourage area will be the designated area for teens.
The ship will also have an infinity pool, a main beach with deck chairs and an adults-only beach club.
Other outdoor spaces will include a walkway that wraps around the entire ship as well as a glass bridge called “Oceanwalk.”
Guests at Infinity Beach will find several pools overlooking each side of the ship.
There will also be an outdoor lounge called “La Terrazza” where travelers can enjoy other views.
Passengers will be able to reserve their places for the ship’s maiden voyages starting today.
