225 ml catalyst
150 ml lemon juice
150 ml of cranberry and pomegranate
100 ml of egg whites
125 ml water
To decorate: a sprig of rosemary
Pour 150ml into a shaker filled with ice, stir vigorously, strain into a serving glass, garnish and serve.
***Pomegranate: In a bowl, dissolve one cup of sugar in one cup of cranberry juice and raspberries. Optionally, add a sprig of rosemary to flavor the drink.
150 ml gin
250 ml lemon juice
250 ml honey, sea buckthorn and balsamic fir syrup
100 ml water
Sparkling wine to prolong
For garnish: lemon slice
Pour 150ml into a serving glass, add sparkling wine, garnish and serve.
***Honey syrup: In a cauldron, dissolve a cup of honey in a cup of water. Add a few balsam fir spines and allow to infuse.
150 ml gin
100 ml of coffee drink
400 ml cold drink
100 ml maple syrup
Oat milk for lengthening
To decorate: cinnamon stick
Pour 150ml into a serving glass filled with ice, add a little milk to taste, grate a little cinnamon and top with a stick before serving.
