Mold: Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra 'forced to move'

The house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine cellar, an indoor basketball court, bowling alleys, a screening room, and a spa that includes a steam shower, billiards, etc. In short, it was a dream home for the two stars and their daughter.

Both Jonas-Chopra's pool and spa had “porous waterproofing that promoted 'mold contamination' and other related problems, according to court documentaries, Page Six reported. We add that mold is dangerous from Health aspect: These problems were noticed by the newlyweds in April 2020.

“At approximately the same time, a water leak developed in the patio barbecue area,” the complaint states.

The family has since moved to another house and is demanding significant compensation. Exact costs have not yet been determined, but according to the lawsuit, the waterproofing issues will “exceed” $1.5 million and “general damages” are estimated at approximately $2.5 million.
