The WWE Universe wasted no time speaking out in the opening minutes of WWE RAW on February 5 about the “Cody Rhodes move” opposing The Rock vs. The Rock match. Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40.
In fact, Seth Rollins opened the show and was quickly booed when he started talking about the fact that Cody had given up his spot to The Rock at WrestleMania and would face him instead. Cody Rhodes came to the ring to comment on the topic but cheers The phrases “Rocky sucks” and “We want Cody” were quickly heard :

Seth Rollins spoke to calm the chants and asked Cody Rhodes whether or not he would face him at WrestleMania 40. Cody Rhodes couldn't answer when Drew McIntyre entered the ring. The latter indicated to Cody Rhodes to end his story against Roman Reigns and that he wants his place at WrestleMania against Seth Rollins. McIntyre said it was time to replace the injured Seth Rollins and attacked the champion with a headbutt in a move.
We'll now have to wait for Thursday's WWE press conference to get confirmation on Roman Reigns' match at WrestleMania 40. Despite all this movement around Cody Rhodes, The main person involved seems to want to maintain hope In his last tweet during RAW:
''I appreciate the sentiment, God bless you all.
… but
Trust me.''
Appreciate your passion, God bless you all
…Goal
Trust me
