Both the POCO F6 Pro and POCO F5 Pro feature distinctive designs although they are available in black and white. The POCO F6 Pro features a metal frame with a back designed to resist fingerprints. The image sensors are integrated into a panel in the same color as the rest of the device, roughly as wide as the phone itself, and are located on the upper back. The POCO F5 Pro, on the other hand, features a plastic frame and a rectangular panel with beveled edges for its image sensors, giving a different but equally modern look.

In terms of profile, both POCO smartphones adopt a similar shape with slightly rounded corners. The POCO F6 Pro measures 160.86mm high, 74.95mm wide, 8.21mm thick, and weighs 209g. The POCO F5 Pro is slightly larger at 162.78mm high, 75.44mm wide and 8.59mm thick, but lighter at 204g. Thus, the F6 Pro is more compact and powerful, while the F5 Pro, despite its slightly larger size, offers a lighter grip.

The POCO F6 Pro is equipped with a 5,000 mAh battery with an impressive 120W fast charging capacity, although there is no wireless or reverse charging. In contrast, the POCO F5 Pro has a slightly larger 5,160 mAh battery, but with 67W fast charging and 30W wireless charging capability.

What is the most powerful and what is the best screen?

Both smartphones are equipped with powerful processors. POCO F6 Pro is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, coupled with 12 or 16 GB of RAM, with an internal storage capacity of 256 or 512 GB, without the possibility of expansion via micro SD. On the other hand, the POCO F5 Pro uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, with 8 or 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, also without micro SD expansion.

Both smartphones feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz. In terms of protection, both models use Corning Gorilla Glass 5 technology, ensuring a similar visual experience.

Image and communication configurations

The POCO F6 Pro has an optically stabilized 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle and a 2MP macro sensor, as well as a 16MP selfie sensor. For its part, the POCO F5 Pro offers a 64MP optically stabilized main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 2MP macro sensor, with the same 16MP selfie sensor.

Finally, for connectivity, the POCO F6 Pro supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3 and does not have a jack, unlike the POCO F5 Pro which supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 and has a jack socket. Both models are equipped with an infrared emitter, an under-display fingerprint reader, and stereo speakers.
