A 12-year-old hiker and his father, who were visiting Scotland together, were found dead on Wednesday after authorities found their car at the foot of the famous Tri-Mount, leaving their loved ones devastated.
“I don't know any more. I'm doing the best I can. I'm not really in the right frame of mind to say any more. I'm heartbroken,” the victims' mother, Gemma Barrow, and their wife, told MailOnline on Wednesday, according to The Independent.
On Wednesday, Scottish police found two bodies believed to be those of Tom Barry (49 years old) and his son Richie in the Glencoe area, according to the British newspaper.
The duo had been reported missing from Cheshire, England, the day before and an urgent search was launched after their car was found in a car park at the foot of the Three Sisters, a famous mountain triad in the area where they were due to be. I stopped to take a walk.

An investigation has been opened, but at present, police have not noted “any obvious suspicious circumstances” in the file, and the condition of the two bodies has not been further determined.
