In the worst of the storm, nearly 7,000 residents were without power on Wednesday.
The time to restore electricity is longer than usual in some places, due to the lack of an electric pole planting company in the area, explains Hydro-Québec's communications, community and relations advisor, Karen Godin.

Furthermore, there are no weather alerts planned for this week.
Therefore, the region will remain within its seasonal standards and no rain is expected during the next two days.
