Many areas are changing alert levels today and the map of Quebec does not have red dots.

All regions of Quebec have officially left their red alert level thanks to the change to orange in Montreal and Laval as well as the many MRCs located in Estrées, Chaudere-Appalachies, and Ba-Saint-Laurent.
Starting today, restaurant dining rooms will be able to reopen in these areas, with a maximum of two people per table from different addresses.

The areas in the yellow areas
Saguenay – Lac-Saint-Jean, Mauricie, Center-du-Québec and RCMs in Rimouski-Neigette, La Mitis, La Matapédia and Matane turn yellow on Monday.
Indoor gatherings are permitted but are limited to occupants of two private residences.
In restaurants, occupants of two private residences can sit at the same table.
In the yellow zone, pubs, bars, pubs and casinos will be able to reopen, with a maximum of 50% of reception capacity, two private occupants per table.

Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Côte-Nord, Nord-du-Québec and Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine will pass into the green, the alert level with the fewest restrictions.
Indoor and outdoor private gatherings are limited to a maximum of 10 people from different addresses or all residents of three residences.

In restaurants, bars, pubs and pubs, a maximum of 10 people per table is allowed.
In the green, primary and secondary school students are no longer required to respect class bubbles.
However, in all regions, social distancing is still recommended, and mask-wearing remains mandatory indoors.
