Ireland remain the No. 1 nation in this 2023 World Cup after the group stage. Group A top-placed France finished second, beating South Africa in the quarter-finals.
New Zealand are on the podium in fourth place, followed by Scotland, who have been eliminated and England next Sunday at 5pm in Marseille in the quarter-finals against Fiji.
Fiji, who lost to Portugal yesterday, have dropped two places in the table and are out of the top 10. Australia therefore moved up to ninth and Argentina to eighth. Wales remain in seventh place. Italy remains outside the top 10, with Portugal moving up to thirteenth.
