That’s all we need at the end of the campaign. The 2022 campaign that we hope does not bode well for those who come to it, because it has no respect for politics nor the people of Quebec.
Insults, mistakes, controversy, arrogance, ageism, and dirty recovery tricks…
Absent from the campaign of education and culture.
This says it all and it is amazing. As my old lady says, “It’s the size of a cow in the driveway.”
Specifically, on this Saturday of Culture, the city of La Sumption had a good cultural program, which had to be canceled to “welcome” the demonstrators to this caravan.
Instead of taking advantage of the cultural activities offered to them, people had to stay home and close their businesses for fear of seeing their city ransacked.
In the name of freedom
The small town of Lanaudière, the provincial stronghold of Mr. Legault, was invaded to express his anger at his “totalitarian” regime.
We are not shy about using the pandemic as a tool. We demand the resignation of Mr. Legault. We lay wreaths in front of the CHSLDs, screaming in horror that we have deprived children of their freedom. The government is accused of forcibly inoculating them, echoing the “conspiratorial” rhetoric.
We can’t help but see an influence from Conservative Party leader Eric Duhemy. His “Free Home” campaign slogan only fueled this anger.
Misguided anger. If anyone should move us, it is the lack of importance given to education in this campaign. We have serious problems and shortcomings. The epidemic has affected us. But let’s look forward.
The future of our children depends on education. Our very survival as a French-speaking people in North America depends on it.
