During the Bench Carnival, the Social Cohesion Plan will create a dedicated space for people with limited mobility which will be strategically located in accordance with the current celebrations:
- Sunday (from 3:30 p.m.) – Parade: Wanderbaby Street (on Resisex Street)
- Monday (from 3:30 p.m.) – Rondo: The Grand Square (in front of the Municipal Theater)
- Tuesday (from 2:45 p.m.) – Parade : Avenue Charles Deliège (in front of “Le Petit Mousse” and “Le Berry”
- Tuesday (from 2:45 p.m.) – Rondo: The Grand Square (in front of the Municipal Theater)
this year, For the first time everthe ASA (Friends of the Blind) Foundation will commentate on the Mardi Gras parade in an audio description from the PMR website.
If you are having difficulty accessing PRM sites, you can contact the Social Cohesion Plan on 0498/93 28 73 (from 2pm).
A brochure listing all city center sites and establishments accessible by PRMs is available at the Tourism Office. Braille copies will also be available for consultation.
“Children's corner” and toilet
During the celebrations, public toilets for women will be installed on Rue de Loi. As a reminder, it will also be possible to access the public toilets located on Saint-Paul Street.
In addition, the tourism office will have a “kids corner” equipped with toilets, a changing table and a microwave, accessible at the following times:
- Sunday (9am to 6pm)
- Monday (10am to 6pm)
- Tuesday (8am to 6pm)
