At the head of a temporary office set up by some members of the Cameroon Football Association the day after the cancellation of the election of Seydou Mbombo Ngoya as president of Vicavot, Albert Mpeda seized the Appeals Committee to request the abolition of the rules of the First Elite and Second Elite Soccer tournament.
After the decision of the Arbitration Court for Sport on January 15, 2021 to cancel the last electoral process in Fecafoot, the members of the General Assembly of the Commission, Vintage 2009, met by videoconference on February 2, 2021, preparing the Executive Committee. In substance, we reserve that the justices declared Senator Albert’s behavior a pesticide unacceptable because he had neither character nor interest. Subsequently, the committee informs that Albert Mepeda has not submitted a copy of the regulations to be challenged.
The committee also notes that even if the existence of the temporary executive committee is recognized, it will not reap any benefit from the abolition of the texts, because the clubs participating in the various tournaments have signed the aforementioned tournament lists.
