The singer announced on Tuesday morning that she had to postpone the premiere of her new show and cancel several tour dates for medical reasons.
According to the statement, she suffers from “severe and persistent muscle spasms that prevent her from getting on the stage.”
“I know she’s eager to find her fans, she’s eager to get back on stage, but she won’t if she doesn’t feel 100% in shape,” Claudette Dion says in an interview with TVA Nouvelles.
However, the singer’s sister does not care about her health.
“I’m not worried, because if we had the slightest concern, we would already have medical details to tell you,” she says.
Claudette Dion meets that the singer actually had problems “with her muscles, legs and feet” during her recent stay in Las Vegas due to the steep decline of the stage in which she was performing.
However, she believes that “her great professionalism and the passion that inhabits her will ensure that she will truly have all the tools and form she needs to safely bring that passion into her.”
