Racing 92 winger Teddy Thomas, who did not take part in the first two trials, will replace Cabin Villiers on the team.
Hustai will make his first choice to replace Louis Carbon, who was left out of the 23-man match day squad.
After losing the opening Test, France drew 28-26 in Melbourne on Tuesday, their first win against Australia since 1990.
Melvin Zaminet, who scored the decisive penalty, is set to make his third start in 10 days on Saturday with one of six players, including captain Anthony Gellonch, Baptist Coolood, Cayton Barlot, Arthur Vincent and Damien Bennett.
The victory marks the first series victory since 1972 against French player Walapi Down Under.
