Grand Brighton Hotel UK
The group bought the beachfront hotel from Whittington Investments in February 2023. This is the third property in the city to join Fatal’s portfolio. It has 201 rooms, a restaurant, bar and meeting and event space. The group does not plan to rename the historic hotel, but would like to undertake renovations.
We are delighted to add another historic and iconic hotel to our growing portfolio of luxury hotels. This hotel [The Grand Brighton Hotel] continues to operate, is located in a key strategic location and has highly dedicated staff, meaning it fits perfectly into our wider portfolio. We look forward to working with The Grand team to build on their successes and continue to improve the experience and service they provide to their customers.
