FEQ artists are already touring across Quebec.

Bar Quebec is in a way the younger brother of La Bûche, on Saint-Louis Street.

This isn't Nickelback's first visit to Quebec. Last year, the group's 2023 tour of Alberta, Get Rollin', Started in June at Videotron Center.

Then the leader and the other members trained for a few days in the capital.

“The stars, we want to take them all! We try to get them but we don’t know in advance. We want to spoil them and it’s clear that this is an advertisement but they can’t guarantee anything at all. It’s very difficult,” explains Yannick Parent, a restaurateur who owns several other establishments.

The 45-year-old businessman does not know how the call was made on Wednesday evening, but the artists left the restaurant near the Chateau Frontenac relatively early.

“I don’t know if they were warned in advance or if they passed by on the street. They tasted a lot of things and left. Our list is exceptional and, in my case, this is the first year that I will be able to attend shows. “Before, I was often on the floor, working fifteen hours a day,” he explains, confirming that this time he will be present for Nickelback, Post Malone and Mötley Crüe.

FEQ still has three rock headliners out of 11 on the plains, with Nickelback opening, The Offspring on day four, and Mötley Crüe closing.
