Jean-Philippe Toutout, Doctor of Social Psychology and Director of a Consulting and Training Firm and Teacher at the University of Toulouse Jean Jaures will lead a conference based on his book Quality of Life at Work. This conference will take place on Thursday January 13th at 6pm at the Espace des Humanités, 3 chemin du Chêne Vert.
Under the impetus of regulatory texts and the dynamism of continuous quality improvement, many institutions in the social, medical, social and health sectors are committed and participate every day in the process of developing the quality of working life. This approach combines measures to improve the working conditions of professionals and the general performance of enterprises. The author introduces a Quality of Life at Work (QWL) approach, taking into account the diversity of social and health institutions, as well as the tasks of the teams, resulting in a preference for the specific over the normative. Describes the history of the process and provides criteria for the concepts covered in the field.
