“It’s my way of saying that it no longer makes sense,” explains the owner of the establishment located on Boulevard Sainte-Anne, Richard Poulin.

Although he has always implemented literally every government-imposed measure, he says he is indignant for agreeing to all these new rules.

“In my field, many of us are upset and not many dare to speak: I’m tired of it,” he admits.

Since announcing its closure two days ago, he says he’s received several testimonials from people agreeing and congratulating him on the same thing. Mr. Boleyn also called on bar and restaurant owners to do the same.

“If I were to do it on my own, we would agree that for Mr Legault, that wouldn’t change much,” he said.

Not particularly concerned about the financial future of his company, he assures that he will not leave his employees without resources in 1^{He is} next September.
