How were Celine's children prepared to face the crises of her harsh personality?

Fortunately, she can rely on the support of her three children in times of crises, as she recently confided to the American channel nbc.

In fact, Celine Dion has her three sons, Rene-Charles, 23, and twins Nelson and Eddie, 13, ready to help her if necessary.

“We have alarm buttons in the house and they know how to pull me to the side,” she explained. “My goal in telling them and showing them what to do is not to scare them. So that they know that I am their mother and that this is my responsibility.

Her eldest son even demonstrated his loyalty and commitment to her by taking the lead in his mother's responses.

“He said, 'I'll walk with you, and then I'll move back a little. I'll be right behind you. Whenever you need to, you just have to look at me or even move your butt. I'll come close to you, and you can catch me.'

The singer explained that she is still seeking to reassure her children, who lost their father, Rene Angélil, in 2016 to cancer.

“At one point, I could barely walk and really missed life,” she recalled. “My kids started to notice it. I told them, ‘I lost your father, but my mother has an illness, and it's different, and I'm not going to die, and this is something I'll learn to live with.'”
