The property, owned by Guy Drouin, founder of Village Vacances Valcartier, located in Lac Saint-Joseph, is up for sale this morning for a modest $3,950,000.
The property, which looks like a real little castle, is still occupied by the wife of Mr. Drouin, who died in 2017.

He himself designed and produced the “special style” residence plans, according to real estate broker Michel Liszot.
