The property, owned by Guy Drouin, founder of Village Vacances Valcartier, located in Lac Saint-Joseph, is up for sale this morning for a modest $3,950,000.
The property, which looks like a real little castle, is still occupied by the wife of Mr. Drouin, who died in 2017.
