In Soissons, the French services space opens its doors – Press releases and press materials 2024 – Press area – Publications

1 year ago^any January 2020, the France Services network was deployed across the country to facilitate citizens' access to public services and support them with digital technology in a single point of contact. 29 France Services (including 6 itineraries) are already open in the Aisne department.

This regional network will be expanded very soon by a thirtieth element: the French reception services area in the Soissons sub-department will open its doors on Monday, July 8, 2024.

Without the ambition of a return of public service to its territories, this space will be open to all, modern and comfortable, allowing residents of Soissons and surrounding communities to access it alone and even to the main public service organizations: the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Ecological Transition, Public Finance, France Labor, Retirement Insurance, Medical Insurance, ANAH, CAF, MSA and the Post Office.

Two service agents have been trained in France to welcome users and support them in their daily routines. This space is open from Monday to Friday. : Vehicle integration, APL, grey card, RSA, taxes, driving license, France Renewal, Prim'Adapt, access to your online services… In addition to administrative steps, it will also be possible to access a self-service computer post.

– Monday, Wednesday and Friday

From 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

-Tuesday and Thursday

From 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.
