Jane Fonda has claimed that the late French director Rene Clément asked her to sleep with him during the filming of their 1964 thriller, felines.

when it appeared in Watch what’s happening livehost Andy Cohen asked her to name “a guy in Hollywood who tried to seduce you and you pushed him away”.
“French director, René Clément,” the Oscar-winning actress quickly replied.
She continued, “He wanted to sleep with me because he said the character had to have an orgasm in the movie and he needed to see what my orgasms were like. He said it in French and I pretended I didn’t understand.”
Then the 85-year-old actress joked, “I’ve got stories for you, my old man, (but) we don’t have time.”
At the time of filming, René Clément was 51 years old and Jane Fonda was 27. The director, who won Best Director at the 1949 Cannes Film Festival, died in 1996 at the age of 82. Jane Fonda is currently on a promotional tour for her new movie Book Club: The Next Chapterstarring Diane Keaton, Mary Steenburgen and Don Johnson, which is set to hit French theaters on August 30.
