She intervenes in the areas of poetry, culture, prevention and health. A true laboratory of ideas, Espace André Chedid asserts himself as the place where knowledge and disciplinary fields intertwine, a space of possibilities at the service of family dialogue and intergenerational transmission. Philosophy conferences, poetry meetings, exhibitions, performances for young people, springtime for poets, La science se livre. Espace André Chedid hosts Espace Parent-Enfant and Aparté.
Within the framework of the event “Muslims in the history of France, a unique place”, organized by the Sociocultural Association of Muslims of Issy-les-Moulines, Espace-André Chedid hosts conferences and discussions in the fields of history, sociology, anthropology and philosophy.
Thursday, March 9, from 7 pm to 9 pm : “Muslims in the History of France” with Jamal Al-Hamri, author of the book “Muslims in the History of France”.
Monday March 13th from 7pm to 9pm : “Muslims in French and European Societies: A Comparative Approach” with Musa Khadima, researcher specializing in Islam in Europe and Juliette Gallonnier, professor at the Institute of Political Sciences.
Thursday, March 16th, from 7 pm to 9 pm : “Islam, Muslims and France: A Fruitful Conversation” with Anne-Benedict Höfner, journalist at La Croix, Gabriel Hagai, rabbi, linguist and philologist and Abdelali Mamoun, imam and cleric.
Friday March 17th from 7pm to 9pm : “Philosophical and Scientific Exchange between Muslim and Western Scholars” with Omar Marzouk, researcher specializing in philosophy in Islam, journalist and Roland Lafitte, president of the French and Arabic Linguistic and Etymological Studies Association. H
