New domes and little chalets with spas to go to on weekends

Want some winter cocoon? Domaine des Constellations, which officially opened its doors last July, is an ideal place for nature lovers.

This new luxury camping area in Lac-aux-Sables, in the heart of Mauricie, currently offers rentals of 4 chalets and 5 four-season domes.

Along the Batiscan River, each house, surrounded by forest, benefits from a gallery overlooking the stream. An outdoor spa has been installed there to maximize your well-being and make the experience even more special and rejuvenating.

Equipped with two beds queenEach accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people. All chalets and domes have a kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher and stove. All accommodation also has a full private bathroom.

Aiming to promote comfort regardless of temperature, these chalets have heated floors, a fireplace and an air conditioning system.

There are three short walking tours on site for walkers and cyclists. These lead to different viewpoints including one over the September Falls, one over the river and one over the Bastikan Valley.

Visitors can enjoy a fire pit and access to kayaks included in their reservation.

On site it is also possible to rent bicycles, paddleboards (SUP) and canoes to explore the area depending on the season. Prices range from $25 to $55 depending on the activity and duration chosen.
