As we reported on Catch-Newz, Charlotte Flair had to undergo surgery at the beginning of January 2024 in order to correct a torn triple ligament in her knee.
Charlotte Flair underwent surgery on January 4 and posted a message On Twitter To thank fans for the many messages of support. I wrote :
''Thank you for all the lovely positive messages and flowers. I feel fully supported. It took me a few days and a lot of tears to figure it all out. I'm an expert at overthinking, and this is the first time I've actually felt fear. I'm afraid of the unknown, but I also feel like I'm losing what I'm most proud of: being an athlete. I don't like to show my physical weakness which made me feel weak. It's a process I know I'll grow through but it's very new to me. It's been a huge hit for me mentally and physically obviously heading into 2024. 2023 has been a rollercoaster, I'm trying to stay positive and this is probably the only way to stop, refocus, rebuild and ultimately triumph again.
Today, Charlotte Flair posted a video in which she says it's the first day she's moved her knee since surgery:

The road to recovery for Charlotte Flair is likely to be a very long one. His return is currently scheduled to take place in October 2024, but may vary depending on the progress of his recovery and WWE's plans at that time.
