Despite the healthy context and an almost championship-free season, the District Council of Saône et Loire has expressed its desire to salute the clubs and athletes in the division for unparalleled work.
A date is set for Friday evening at the Espace des Arts in Chalon sur Saône for the Saône et Loire Traditional Sports Awards Ceremony. Led by the District Council of Saône et Loire, today’s event aims to promote the activities of sports clubs and athletes during this complex year at the forefront of sports practice. Despite this healthy context, the Saône et Loire region wanted to welcome its Olympians Sandrine Martinet, Cedric Vivre, Adrien Hardy, Fadan Hammadi and Frédéric Perrier. The five representatives of the division who carried the division colors aloft at the Olympic or Paralympic Games in Tokyo.
Also the opportunity to celebrate the initiatives implemented here and there by the department’s sports clubs while the health crisis has become intrusive in recent months.
