We don't know if he will live with his new lover Julie Perrault, but the fact remains that the man behind Madame Jigger has decided to put his magnificent home in Saint-Sauveur in the Laurentians up for sale.
According to the information available on Sales sheetWe are talking about a recent construction (2021) located on a plot of 25,043 square feet.
The luxurious (and stunningly decorated!) home has 16 rooms, including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a double-wide garage for parking cars (or bicycles, in Stefan Rousseau's case).
“With its open concept, cathedral ceilings, concrete floors, and modern kitchen, this home doesn't lack for style and comfort. Also enjoy the great outdoors with large patios, pool, pool house, fireside area, and petanque courts,” the text accompanying the paper reads .
We're not sure whether the term “petanque” is used in the plural, but the fact remains that there is indeed a backyard petanque court for sale.
This is undoubtedly what raised the value of the property to $1,450,000.
While you're counting your offers to see if you have the wealth to get them, here are lots of beautiful pictures:
