Everyone is wondering if Ivan Demidov will be available when the Canadian takes the podium to announce his selection.
Because with his talent, it's very likely that the Hawks, Ducks or Blue Jackets will decide to pick him up.
However, it is worth noting that the Canadiens leaders will meet with Demidov tomorrow in Vegas.
Ivan Demidov will meet with Kent Hughes and the CH leaders tomorrow in Vegas. He knows there's a lot of interest in him from Montreal.
Demidov speaks English well for a young man who only learned it more than a year ago.

This news will please those who want to see the Canadian pick Demidov at No. 5.
Again, it may be impossible.
But to see that the Prime Minister still wants to meet him shows that there is a certain interest on the part of the leaders in Montreal.
Demidov said in a press conference that he had already met with clubs in Florida.
He claims to have talked to hawks and ducks, which makes sense.
Now, we have to wait until Friday to get more details on what will happen with CH's selection.
What we do know is that the Canadian will also meet Anton Silaev (if he hasn't already) this week in Vegas…
And that the club went to dinner with Sam Dickinson, Teague Iginla, Kayden Lindstrom and Cole Iserman in recent weeks.
But again, it's impossible to predict the Canadian's pick at No. 5 because everything will depend on picks No. 2 through No. 4.

What I find interesting about Demidov's comments is the fact that he spoke with CH “several times” during the last campaign.
Do the Habs know more about him than other teams?
Did Nick Bobrov's presence within CH help the discussions?
And if so, could Kent Hughes help with his recruitment?
Ivan Demidov just met with the media. He said he has met with Montreal all season and plans to meet them tomorrow in Las Vegas. He also said he met with several teams in Florida including Chicago and Anaheim. #NHLDraft
