UK: Prince William plans to end homelessness

Prince William, heir to the British crown, launched a plan on Monday aimed at ending homelessness in the United Kingdom. Called Homewards, the five-year plan aims to “prove that an end to homelessness is possible,” Prince William and his wife Kate’s Royal Foundation announced in a press release.
