A video of a DoorDash employee confronting a customer who allegedly falsely claimed she did not receive her order has gone viral.
In the video, which has been viewed more than 2.3 million times, Tiktokeuse jadecharde appeared
“Kirsten told that ****** DoorDash she never received her food… I had to come back! And what the hell?!”, she protests as the delivery is made at the customer’s door.

Then the employee knocks frantically on the door. When Kirsten responds, she seems surprised.
“You said you never received your food on DoorDash? They literally gave me a violation on my account because the food was never delivered,” the employee laments.
This confrontation, although against company policy, highlights the frustrations and challenges delivery workers face.
Netizens did not fail to provide their explanation for the incident.
“If she was asleep, how did she report that the package was not delivered?”
