(WESTON) – “If Trump isn’t a candidate, I’m not sure I’ll run,” US President Joe Biden, who will seek a second term in the 2024 presidential election, said Tuesday.
“But we can’t let him win,” the 81-year-old Democrat added during a meeting with Democratic donors near Boston about the former Republican president.
Joe Biden, whose campaign is struggling to get off the ground, has long said he is in a better position to beat Donald Trump again.

Donald Trump
The Democrat, whose age excites voters and struggles to sell his economic record, regularly repeats that democracy itself is at stake in this new publicized showdown with the former businessman.
Despite his unpopularity, and barring any major surprises or serious health problems that force him to withdraw, the US President’s victory in his party’s nomination for the November 2024 elections is almost guaranteed.
For his part, Donald Trump is currently the most likely candidate in the Republican Party primaries.
