Quebec delegation to Gaza: “We are committed to knowing that there is an element of risk”

Two Quebecers who will be part of the convoy that will go to the Gaza port with humanitarian organizations to deliver food and medical equipment say they are well aware of the risks, but they want to offer their support to the residents.
